Business Improvement District

Ashmore Consulting was asked to create and manage a delivery plan to support the launch of a city centre Business Improvement District (BID), implementation of the BID brand across a range of marketing collateral, and support with recruitment and membership management.

Working with our Associates and an extended team of partners – all experts within their field – we re-branded the website and social media channels, organised a launch event and delivered a supporting PR campaign.  We also created an events guide and arranged street level promotion and distribution.

Additionally, we provided support for recruitment to the BID, including establishing the Board and writing HR policies and have developed proposals for a a governance structure including establishing the budget plan, verifying funding streams and making recommendations for engaging and communicating with levy payers within the BID area.
